Commercial Projects

This mixed-use project consisted of Senior Living + Assisted Living + Memory Care facilities -all integrated into a single massive building. Mr. Aldaba worked closely with the design team and his code recommendations were instrumental to finally unlock the permit approval process.

This project entailed the complete renovation of existing facilities and their integration with the new Auditorium. Needless to say it was one of the most complex commercial projects Mr. Aldaba reviewed during his years with the City of San Antonio.

A very complex project from a building code standpoint, Mr. Aldaba remarkably found code solutions to each of the multiple design challenges encountered during plan review. *

Due to site constraints, this project in Downtown San Antonio took building codes to the limits. Mr. Aldaba reviewed the project for code compliance and made fundamental recommendations to the out-of-state design team.
