Biography

Carlos Aldaba founded Alamo Consulting Services in 2022 with the purpose of helping investors, builders, and design professionals with their building code and permitting needs.

Prior to establishing this consulting service, Mr. Aldaba served the City of San Antonio for over 15 years as a building plans examiner and code consultant, and after having witnessed first-hand the numerous difficulties builders, design professionals, and  investors  would face when dealing with the City of San Antonio and its intricate processes, he decided to offer this consulting service as a way to facilitate the planning and structuring of a development project and expedite the permitting process.

During his 15-year tenure Mr. Aldaba reviewed anything from a minor residential addition up to multi-million dollar mixed-use developments -and anything in between.

Mr. Aldaba holds a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and is passionate about helping clients every step of the way.

During his personal time he enjoys reading, playing the piano, and spending time with his wife and son.
